Bishranti Sweets – Maitidevi Chowk, Kathmandu
Located at the bustling heart of Maitidevi Chowk, Bishranti Sweets is a 3,800 sq. ft. commercial project designed in the vibrant spirit of Post-Modern Architecture. Set on an 800 sq. ft. site, the design reflects bold aesthetics and functional efficiency, perfectly suited for a high-traffic urban retail space.
The exterior features a robust RCC frame structure complemented by aluminium windows for modern durability. Decorative English cornice bands and motifs lend a touch of elegance, while tile cladding adds refined texture to the façade, ensuring the building stands out in its commercial surroundings.
Commissioned by Mr. Yogendra Shah, the project is being delivered through our Consulting Architectural & Engineering Design, Drawings, and Construction service. Currently under municipal approval, work is set to commence in March 2025, marking another step in IRDA’s journey of shaping distinctive urban commercial landmarks.
