Description:
The interiors of J.A.K Residence reflect elegance in every detail. Spacious lobbies and common areas feature teak wood parquet flooring, while bedrooms and living spaces are finished with warm laminate parquet for comfort. The kitchens, bathrooms, and patios are designed with durable tile finishes, combining practicality with style.
Ceilings are enhanced with gypsum false ceilings, decorated with POP cornices and motifs to echo the classical theme. Custom sisham wood furniture, finished in natural polish, laminates, and duco paint, add richness and character to the interiors. Together, these elements create a living environment that is refined, luxurious, and welcoming.
Commissioned by Mr. Jubair Ahmed Khan & Family, the residence is a proud reflection of IRDA’s ability to merge architectural heritage with modern-day lifestyle aspirations.
