The MPD Residence is a striking example of Post-Modern residential architecture designed to redefine contemporary living in the heart of Kathmandu. Spanning 6,700 sq. ft., the residence combines bold geometrical forms, expressive façade treatments, and functional planning that responds to the needs of modern urban families.
Rooted in Post-Modern design principles, the residence goes beyond minimalism by blending aesthetic expression with spatial comfort. Large glazed openings bring in ample natural light, while the structural rhythm creates a dynamic yet balanced composition. The residence is not only a home but also an architectural statement that merges style, scale, and sophistication.
