Located in the vibrant heart of Dang, Peace Restro and Bar is a thoughtfully designed hospitality space that blends culinary delight with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Known for its delectable cuisine and relaxed ambiance, the restro-bar was envisioned to be more than just a place to dine—it was meant to be a community space that welcomes families, friends, and solo visitors alike.
Client Vision
The client approached the project with a clear vision: to create a beautifully designed outdoor dining area, comfortable seating arrangements, and a charming ambiance—all while staying within a tight budget of NPR 3 million. The challenge was to deliver both aesthetics and functionality without compromising on quality or user experience.
Design Approach
With cost-efficiency as a guiding principle, the design team employed smart material choices, locally sourced elements, and minimalist design strategies to maximize visual impact within budgetary constraints. The outdoor dining area was crafted as the focal point of the space—inviting and versatile, perfect for patrons who enjoy dining al fresco, sipping drinks under the stars, or soaking in the natural surroundings.
Strategically placed ambient lighting, greenery, and modular seating arrangements helped shape a warm and welcoming environment, making the space feel both spacious and intimate.
To enhance the family-friendly experience, a dedicated children’s play area was also integrated into the design. This thoughtful addition allows parents to enjoy a peaceful meal while their children are safely entertained, making Peace Restro and Bar an ideal spot for family outings.
Despite the budget constraints, the result is a tastefully designed dining destination that balances form and function—a place where good food, great ambiance, and meaningful moments come together seamlessly.
