Situated in Thankot, the Mr. & Mrs. K.C. Residence reflects the elegance and clean lines of Contemporary Residential Architecture. Built on a 1,420 sq. ft. site with a total built-up area of 2,121 sq. ft., this home captures a perfect balance between modern design principles and functional comfort.
The façade features a sophisticated blend of dachi brick tiles, natural stone cladding, and robust RCC frame structure, accented with English cornice bands and motifs. Aluminium windows and sleek toughened glass railings add a crisp modern finish, while tile cladding brings texture and depth to the exterior composition.
