Description:
The Katwal Residence in Itahari, Sunsari, embodies the clean sophistication of Contemporary Residential Architecture. With a built-up area of 1,823 sq. ft. on a 1,731 sq. ft. site, the design maximizes space efficiency while delivering a stylish and comfortable living environment.
The exterior features a harmonious mix of dachi brick tiles, natural stone cladding, and a sturdy RCC frame structure, highlighted by English cornice bands and motifs. Sleek aluminium windows and toughened glass railings bring a modern aesthetic, while tile cladding adds refined texture and visual warmth.
Commissioned by Mr. Prakash Katwal, the project was executed through our Consulting Architectural & Engineering Design and Drawings service. Completed in May 2025, it stands as a testament to IRDA’s ability to combine contemporary design elegance with functional, client-focused solutions.
