Located in the serene locality of Gairepatan, Pokhara, Mr. Resham Thapa’s residence is a conceptual architectural design that brings together modern minimalism and Vaastu principles within a compact footprint. Despite the site's generous total area, the design challenge lay in efficiently incorporating the client's diverse spatial needs within a constrained built-up area.

Design Concept
The residence follows a contemporary modern design approach, characterized by clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a strong connection to nature. With a vertical composition comprising a ground floor, first floor, second floor, and terrace, the home is designed for maximum space utilization in minimum ground coverage.

The client's requirements included a bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and a separate bedroom with an attached kitchen—all of which were carefully integrated into the layout without compromising on comfort or aesthetics.

Design Features

• Vaastu Compliance: Spatial orientation and zoning were guided by Vaastu principles to ensure harmony and positive energy flow within the home.

• Minimalist Aesthetic: The interiors follow a neutral palette with plain ceilings, simple lines, and natural finishes, creating a serene and timeless ambiance.

• Natural Light and Ventilation: Every room is strategically designed to receive ample daylight and cross ventilation, promoting a healthy and energy-efficient indoor environment.

• Biophilic Touches: The inclusion of indoor plants enhances the natural vibe and contributes to a refreshing indoor atmosphere.

Despite the compact spatial configuration, the residence manages to feel open, breathable, and peaceful—offering a modern, functional, and spiritually aligned living experience in the heart of Pokhara.
